Aloha Studio is a bespoke service provider in design, communication, and virtual assistance for personal brands. The studio's ethos is centered around delivering a 'beach experience' to its clients—not in the literal sense, but in providing services that free up valuable time for the target audience. This allows them to invest in activities that enhance productivity and yield better outcomes, much like the relaxation and rejuvenation one might find at a beach getaway.
The initial design phase focused on creating a brand identity that felt fresh and encapsulated the core concept. This involved developing a comprehensive brand kit and a suite of applications for various uses.
The brand experienced a strategic redesign, incorporating a twist in the core concept for broader appeal and versatility in its communication approach. This pivot was based on insightful feedback aimed at better aligning with the target audience's expectations and preferences.
Following the redesign, the new brand elements were systematically applied across all necessary touchpoints, both within the service infrastructure and in public-facing assets. This step was crucial for beginning to cement the brand's position with existing customers and prospects so we could start selling our services.
Leveraging the insights gained and the initial testing, the service offerings were refined and expanded. The focus was on creating a more automated and systematic approach, enabling the services to operate more cohesively and efficiently. This refinement was pivotal in ensuring the services not only met the needs of the audience but also operated seamlessly, fostering a more intuitive and engaging user experience.
